In this hands-on 3 hour class, students will learn to incorporate freshly milled flour to milk bun dough and learn different variations: dinner rolls, buns, etc. 

In this class you will learn:

  • How to incorporate whole grain into the dough.
  • Mixing method and techniques.
  • Shaping variations 
  • How to apply topping, egg wash, decoration.
  • Baking of milk bun dough

You will leave this class with:

  • Recipe booklet 
  • Products baked in class

After the class, enjoy light snacks featuring our freshly baked buns paired with local market offerings. 

All ingredients and equipment are provided in the class, as well as the apron and hairnet. 

Due to the workshop being held in a compact microbakery space, spots are limited. Depending on the pace of the class, the workshop may run longer than expected
