Sourdough Brioche

Our brioche is naturally fermented with a sweet stiff starter and undergoes 3-day fermentation. Made with organic flours- Manitoba flour, einkorn, hard red, red fife. We use 84% (high butterfat) local butter from Alliston Creamery. This loaf is versatile- perfect for sandwiches, French toast, croutons, or eaten as plain.
