Our croissants are made with Quebec Hard Red Spring, Light Spelt, and Red Fife. Laminated with 84% local butter from Alliston Creamery (Alliston, ON). Filled with sundried tomato, lemon zested ricotta, mascarpone, and local cherry tomatoes.
