In this hands-on 3-hour class, students will learn to mix an enriched dough to be used for cinnamon bun. The students will learn different fillings that can be used for cinnamon buns as well as different shaping variations. 

In this class you will learn:

  • Prepare sweet fillings. 
  • Incorporate freshly milled flour in the dough
  • Mixing method and techniques.
  • Shaping techniques.
  • How to bake cinnamon buns

You will leave this class with:

  • Recipe booklet 
  • Dough made in class 
  • Products baked in class

All ingredients and equipment are provided in the class, as well as the apron and hairnet. 

Due to the workshop being held in a compact microbakery space, spots are limited. Depending on the pace of the class, the workshop may run longer than expected.
