Our croissants are made with Quebec Hard Red Spring, Light Spelt, and Red Fife. Laminated with 84% local butter from Alliston Creamery (Alliston, ON). Filled with local & organic garlic scape, parmesan cheese, walnuts, olive oil, & cherry tomatoes.
