Cinnamon Bun Class (September 13)

Price includes HST.

In this hands-on 3 hour class, students will learn to incorporate freshly milled flour to milk bun dough that will be used for cinnamon roll.

In this class you will learn:

• How to incorporate whole grain into the dough.
• Mixing method and techniques.
• Shaping variations for cinnamon rolls
• How to apply filling, topping, decoration.
• Dry vs Wet Filling
• Different kinds of filling
• Baking of cinnamon dough

You will leave this class with:

• Recipe booklet 
• Products baked in class

All ingredients and equipment are provided in the class, as well as the apron and hairnet. 

Due to the workshop being held in a compact microbakery space, spots are limited. Depending on the pace of the class, the workshop may run longer than expected
