In this hands-on 3-hour class, students will learn to mix one basic enriched dough with 3 different variations- pan de sal (bread of salt), pan de coco (coconut bread), & spanish bread (sweet filled bread)

In this class you will learn:

  • Different varieties of Filipino breads.
  • Prepare sweet fillings. 
  • Mixing method and techniques.
  • Shaping techniques.
  • How to bake enriched bread.

You will leave this class with:

  • Recipe booklet 
  • Products baked in class

All ingredients and equipment are provided in the class, as well as the apron and hairnet. 

Due to the workshop being held in a compact microbakery space, spots are limited. Depending on the pace of the class, the workshop may run longer than expected.
